Chargeable Services
Many banks, financial institutions and government agencies
require that company documents are legalized (apostilled)
under the terms of the Hague Convention treaty. Under the
treaty the documents are certified by a practicing solicitor
(lawyer). The documents are then sent to the British Foreign
and Commonwealth Office who certify the solicitor. The legal
process takes approximately two weeks.
